study day brunch/senior send-off

As the academic year comes to an end, we celebrate the various academic feats that our students have achieved with a Study Day Brunch, including a space to honor our seniors. Each senior receives a cord to wear during graduation signifying their involvement with Mere Christianity Forum. Thank you to all of our seniors for your dedication to our organization and for your unique gifts and abilities that you have shared with us throughout the past four years! You will be missed!

Retreat

We had an amazing time at our retreat this past weekend! 19 students traversed the highways into the mountains of North Carolina, taking time out of their busy lives to spend a weekend discussing what it means to cultivate an authentic Christian community. Once we arrived at our scenic destination, we spent Friday night and Saturday participating in three sessions: Hospitality, Tomfoolery, and Vulnerability. Of course, we found some time to have a little fun as well. Check out this video of our session on tomfoolery as we tried to learn how to juggle!

Snow Day

2nd semester has definitely been an eventful one so far! Furman University cancelled classes Friday, January 22 due to snow and ice, so we decided to take full advantage of this fun holiday by playing in the unexpected winter wonderland!

We bought too many eggs for a $4 Dinner one Sunday, so we had to come up with a creative way to get rid of some. Disclaimer: no one was harmed in the making of this video!
